Koru Apparel was born from a love of Pasifika design and the desire to share it with the world. As Māori and Fijian, our roots inspire everything we create, and that cultural influence continues to guide our journey.

We first launched as Wai Swim, focused on swimwear, but like many businesses we’ve evolved along the way. Koru — meaning new beginnings — represents that evolution, growth, and the energy that drives us forward.

Based in Brisbane, we run this brand independently, pouring passion and care into every piece. What started with men’s swimwear has expanded into a lifestyle label, creating timeless products that blend culture, comfort, and style. With a dream to keep creating more Pasifika-inspired designs, Koru Apparel is just getting started.
